“Senator Allen has taken the lead in the race for California Insurance Commissioner against Jane Kim,” explained Dr. Adam Probolsky, president of Probolsky Research. “The numbers have shifted to show clear momentum for Senator Allen. But with such a large undecided group of voters (54%), campaign spending can still have impact.”
